Fuxin Health Center Project

In recent years, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province has successively proposed to carry out an energy revolution and upgrade the "traditional black energy" city dominated by coal to a "new green energy" city dominated by clean energy. It is expected that the city's new energy installed capacity will be installed by the end of 2025 The capacity exceeded 10 million kilowatts, and the new energy industry was upgraded to a tens of billions industry.

Today, air source heat pumps are the first choice for urban clean energy heating renovation and upgrades, and their status in heating equipment is constantly strengthening.

1. Project Overview

The project is located in the southern part of Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, and has a temperate continental semi-arid monsoon climate. It has four distinct seasons, with hot and rainy summers and cold and long winters. The annual average temperature is 7.2℃, with the highest temperature above 30℃ and the lowest temperature below minus 25℃. The average frost-free period is 156 days.

The nursing home building of Daban Town Health Center has 50 rooms with a total of 100 beds, accommodating more than 200 elderly people. The heating area is 5,000 square meters, and the heating end is floor heating.




2. Project Background

The health center and nursing home building was built in 2019. The building has complete departments and advanced medical equipment, which can provide high-quality services to the elderly. In terms of selecting heating equipment, in order to cooperate with Fuxin City's clean energy transformation, the health center abandoned the old thinking of using urban centralized heating and decided to use air source heat pumps for heating.

After comprehensive comparison and consideration by the health center, they believed that BANDON has a strong brand, and has been operating in Fuxin for a long time with high local reputation. BANDON also has guaranteed after-sales service. Therefore, they chose BANDON units.

3. Equipment Selection

In order to meet the healthy heating needs of the elderly and based on the building load demand, we selected for this project: 1 set of 55HP and 3 sets of 40HP BANDON full DC high-power inverter heat pumps.




4. Equipment Installation

The unit is installed in the back garden of the health center and nursing home building, close to the inside of the building. A new cement base is built at the bottom to ensure the stability of the equipment. The outdoor pipelines use integrated thermal insulation pipes to ensure temperature. All outdoor lines are installed in plastic pipes to reduce human damage and extend the service life.





In order to reduce the impact of noise, all four devices are equipped with shock-absorbing pads, and the lowest operating noise is as low as 58dB. After the installation and commissioning of the unit is completed, the terminal floor heating will be seamlessly connected to save costs.

5. Operation Status

The project was installed and debugged in February this year. It adopts a water circulation operation system to transmit heat from bottom to top. It is warm at the feet and cool at the top, with a constant temperature, which meets the physiological needs of the human body and makes heating healthy and more comfortable.

It is expected that the indoor temperature in winter will be around 21°C, and the heating benefit will be 3.1 USD/㎡, which is lower than the cost of central heating in cities in Liaoning Province.




6. Party A' s Evaluation

The nursing home building of the health center involves the health of the elderly, so it is urgent to improve the heating quality. In the six months since the installation and commissioning of the equipment was completed, there have been no after-sales problems. During this period, we also conducted a follow-up visit to the hospital and learned that the evaluation is as follows:

① The cooling effect is good in summer and more confident in heating in winter;
② Operation is noiseless, and the quality of life of the elderly is guaranteed;

③The heating effect is good, the cooling speed is fast, and it can be used as both heating and cooling to save air conditioning costs.



7. Product Advantages

This project uses a 55HP+40HP full DC high-power ultra-quiet inverter heat pump unit. This unit achieves strong heating performance, significantly improves heating problems in winter, and has little attenuation in heating capacity under low-temperature conditions. It exceeds the national first-level energy efficiency. Compared with ordinary ON/OFF units, the energy saving effect is increased by more than 20%, which is well received by users.
