• Independent Production: BANDON has established two subsidiaries specializing in the production of circuit boards, as well as wire harnesses and electric cables, enabling independent supply of the core component of electronic control. In particular, the lead time for outsourcing circuit boards is typically long, significantly impacting the production of heat pumps. By producing circuit boards ourselves, we can significantly shorten production lead times.
• Agency Advantages: BANDON has its own heat pump component agency company, primarily representing compressors, heat exchangers, four-way valves, electronic expansion valves, motors, pressure switches etc., and all are well-known brands.
