Government Office Heating Renovation Project

BANDON has cooperated with the Tangfang Town Government Office Heating Renovation Project. The project is located in Tangfang Town, Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, with a heating area of 19,600m².

Basic configuration of the project: 13 pcs of BANDON ultra-low temperature inverter air source heat pump 40HP units are selected, divided into two stations. The heating terminal is a radiator, the building is a decentralized building, and the longest pipeline is 1.8km.




Some of the government units are rural buildings, with no insulation on the exterior walls, and most of the doors and windows are aluminum alloy doors and windows, and the building energy saving is poor.

The project leader of the Hebei branch of BANDON said that the heating renovation project of the Tangfang Town government office, due to the poor insulation of the exterior wall and the long pipelines, once the local extremely cold weather is encountered, it will be extremely challenging for the heating performance and energy consumption ratio of the unit, so the overall performance requirements of the unit are relatively high.

At the same time, the users of the project said that according to the usage habits, the heating temperature in winter is usually set higher.

At that time, these harsh conditions persuaded a number of air energy manufacturers to withdraw, and many manufacturers said they were not sure to do a good job in this project.




The Hebei branch of BANDON faced the challenge and, relying on years of technical accumulation and a large amount of experience in various types of projects, gnawed the hard bones and took down the obstacles.

In addition, the Hebei branch of BANDON dared to be the first to promise the unit's operating electricity fee. The balance can be paid after the unit is fully installed. The actual operating electricity fee is indeed within the agreed range and is being paid.



01: Real Data, Highly Praised

The heating period is 5 months (November 1st to March 30th of the following year)

The entire project consumes 663,125KW·h in winter. According to the electricity price of 0.07 USD /KW·h, the operating cost is 2.4 USD/heating season. Even in extreme weather, the indoor temperature is not lower than 20℃ to meet customer needs.

In terms of economy, air source heat pumps have obvious advantages over traditional heating methods. Although the total cost is not much different from central heating, central heating has its own limitations, such as fixed heating time, inability to adjust heating temperature, etc. It lacks flexibility and cannot be adjusted appropriately according to the situation of the home.

02: Energy-saving Measures, Dynamic Adjustment

Remote control system and data acquisition system are adopted. Real-time collection of room temperature, unit working conditions, outdoor temperature, water pump working conditions, combined with weather forecast data to adjust the temperature of the unit during the heating stage, ensuring indoor temperature while reducing energy consumption.

At the same time, based on the fact that the heating pipelines were too long and the pipelines were aging during the project renovation process, remote water meters were added to monitor the project's water replenishment situation in real time. If a large amount of water replenishment was found, the pipelines could be checked and repaired in a timely manner.

03: High-end Configuration, High-quality Solution

BANDON air source units use international top-level components and top-notch configurations. The products operate stably and reliably, and have a higher energy efficiency ratio.

The EVI technology can adapt to low temperature environments of -35℃. The unit does not emit any harmful gases or wastewater, and will not cause any impact on the atmosphere, completely avoiding the environmental pollution problems caused by traditional boiler heating and hot water.

The operation is simple and easy to use. The unit is fully automatic and controlled by a microcomputer. It starts and stops automatically according to the water temperature of the water tank and the water usage of the user, without the need for special personnel on duty.

Easy to install, smaller in size, can be placed in outdoor open spaces, roofs, etc., without the need for a special equipment room, and can be integrated with the building.
