Project Overview
The hot spring hotel is located in Jilin Province, which has a temperate continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons, with rain and heat in the same season. Summers are hot and rainy, and winters are cold and long. The average temperature in winter is below -11℃, the lowest temperature can reach -30℃, the average annual precipitation is 500-800 mm, the annual frost-free period is 100-160 days, and the annual freezing period is 5 months, which lasts for a long time.
Transformation Background
This hot spring hotel is located in the Northeast region, which is extremely cold in winter. In the past, many hot spring hotels used traditional energy sources such as coal-fired boilers and gas for heating. This method not only consumes high energy, pollutes the environment, but also poses safety risks.
With the improvement of environmental protection requirements and technological advancement, the hot spring hotel decided to upgrade the heating system. After long-term investigation and comparison, the hot spring hotel chose BANDON to provide heating and cooling solutions for the hotel's 16,000m².
Equipment Selection
After a professional on-site survey by the BANDON technical team, and taking into account the local climate, building conditions, heating and cooling needs, etc., an efficient and energy-saving heating solution was designed for the hot spring hotel. Nine pcs of BANDON 80 HP ultra-low-temperature high-power commercial inverter heat pumps were configured for the hot spring hotel. The heat pump unit uses floor heating and air discs as the end of the unit, which can cover a heating and cooling area of 16,000 square meters, helping the hotel to create a high-end and comfortable vacation experience in all aspects.
Device Installation
In late October 2023, the cooling and heating project entered the construction cycle, and nine sets of 80 HP ultra-low temperature high-power commercial inverter heat pumps were safely delivered to the installation site. The equipment is installed on the top floor of the hotel, and all pipes are wrapped with rubber-plastic insulation cotton and aluminum plates, which can extend the service life of the unit and pipes. During installation, anti-vibration and anti-noise measures are taken to create a more comfortable accommodation environment.
Operation Status
BANDON has high energy efficiency, stable operation and fully automated control, which can quickly and evenly distribute heat to ensure the appropriate temperature in the hot spring hotel and reduce the dryness and discomfort that may be caused by traditional heating methods. It provides the hotel with an efficient accommodation experience of cooling in summer and heating in winter, allowing customers to enjoy the relief and comfort brought by hot springs in winter.
