BANDON has continuously upgraded and optimized its comprehensive noise reduction solutions through years of experience in heat pump design, research, development, production, and application. Through multiple adjustments and verifications in our own professional noise laboratory, we have refined the unique noise reduction core technology to provide customers with the UltraPeace, a super-quiet heat pump product integrated solution. This solution ensures that the noise level of the heat pump operation remains at its lowest through three core parts: Exclusive Noise Reduction Design, Selected Silent Components, and Intelligent Silent Technology, consistently delivering a comfortable user experience.
Exclusive Noise Reduction Design
Starting from the initial product design, BANDON fully considers various factors that affect noise, combining theory with practice to ensure that the product meets all performance indicators while achieving the quietest possible effect.
● Patented Air Duct: BANDON's unique patented air duct design, such as using smooth inner wall materials, reducing sharp edges and sudden changes inside the air duct, and designing the cross-sectional shape of the air duct reasonably, can greatly reduce the air resistance inside the air duct, reduce eddy currents and turbulence, and ensure more uniform air intake and smoother air outflow. This results in the lowest noise level on the air side at the same fan speed and with the same fan blades.
● Refrigerant System Optimization: When the refrigerant system is unstable, the refrigerant in the fluorine route may produce abnormal noise. Through reasonable system design and pipeline layout, the resistance to refrigerant flow inside the fluorine route can be reduced, and the refrigerant can be evenly distributed, ensuring the stability of the system, especially under the most severe conditions. This ensures that the noise of the refrigerant system during the operation of the heat pump remains at the lowest level.
● Physical Noise Reduction: Controlling the noise source through various physical means and minimizing the propagation of noise is one of the core technologies for noise reduction. BANDON uses special sound-absorbing cotton to block the path of noise propagation from the noise source to the outside as much as possible, achieving effective noise reduction and playing a role in multiple noise reduction.
Selected Silent Components
In order to further ensure the lowest level of operating noise, BANDON specifically selected high-quality silent components during the design phase, which is also a strong guarantee for the heat pump to maintain a low noise level continuously. Among all the silent components, the most outstanding performance comes from the compressor, fan motor, and fan blade.
● Compressor: BANDON has established strategic partnerships with well-known compressor manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Panasonic, and Copeland for many years. We use globally renowned brand compressors, especially inverter compressors. Besides, we have professional engineers from international compressor manufacturers who can accurately select the most suitable compressors for matching, laying a solid foundation for the low-noise operation of the developed heat pump products.
● Fan Motor: We have very strict control over the fan motors, using well-known brand and technologically mature DC fans. We employ precise dynamic balancing technology to ensure the balance of fan blades and shafts. At the same time, high-quality materials and precise processing techniques can also reduce internal friction and noise of the fan.
● Fan Blade: In conjunction with rigorously selected high-quality DC fan motors, we have adopted specially designed fan blades, combined with the principles of aerodynamic design to reduce the resistance and turbulence generated during the operation of the fan, which can significantly reduce airflow noise and thus improve the comfort and user experience of the entire heat pump system.
Intelligent Silent Technology
Given the premise of noise reduction design and the selection of silent components, BANDON utilizes core intelligent noise reduction technology to control the inverter electric control system, achieving intelligent adjustment and optimized operation of the heat pump. Simultaneously, through scientific calibration, the effect of the silent components is fully realized. Additionally, the unit's operating status can be adjusted at the fastest speed according to the user's immediate needs, achieving rapid noise reduction. The main components include the following three technological aspects:
● Full DC Inverter: BANDON employs exclusive full DC inverter technology, which allows for more precise adjustment of the compressor and fan speeds, enabling the system to maintain a more efficient state under different loads, reducing unnecessary operation. Particularly, lower speeds are used during low loads to reduce mechanical vibration and airflow noise, thereby lowering the overall operating noise of the heat pump system.
● Exclusive Compressor Calibration: Our R&D team monitors the frequency, waveform, and noise of the compressor in various operating states of the heat pump, focusing on rapid start-up and rapid heating under heavy loads. Through precise adjustments, we ensure that the noise level of the compressor is minimized under various working conditions and states, while avoiding resonance and abnormal noise.
● One-key Silent Mode: Customers can activate the silent function at any time and place. Through intelligent judgment by the electric control system, the compressor frequency and motor fan speed are reduced to the lowest level while ensuring the safe and stable operation of the heat pump, thereby quickly reducing the machine's operating noise to the lowest level, providing users with an unprecedented ultra-fast silent experience.
