BANDON 71 Heat Pump Units Create the First Green and Livable Home in Hebei


BANDON successfully implemented the heating renovation of the First City Community in Baoding, Hebei Province, which not only verified BANDON's leading position in the field of heating technology, but also reflected the community's firm pursuit of the concept of green and low-carbon life. Through the implementation of this project, BANDON's heat pump technology will bring a more comfortable and environmentally friendly living environment to the First City Community, and also contribute to promoting the green development of society.


1. Project Overview


The First City Community is located in the core area of Wangdu County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, with a total construction area of 320,000 square meters. It is the largest single project of all-DC inverter high-power commercial units in the country so far. The region belongs to the mid-warm temperate continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. The average winter temperature is -4.3, and the extreme minimum temperature can reach -15. The average annual precipitation is 498 mm, the frost-free period is between 165 and 210 days, and the freezing period is as long as 4 months, which lasts for a long time.


Under such climatic conditions, the indoor temperature of the community residents is set between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius, requiring the heating system to be equipped with an intelligent automatic control system to accurately adjust the temperature to ensure that every resident can enjoy a comfortable living environment. The application of BANDON's technology not only improves the heating efficiency, but also reflects the community's firm pursuit of the concept of green and low-carbon life, providing residents with a warm, comfortable and environmentally friendly living space.


2. Transformation Background


Guided by the concept of environmental protection, the First City community decided to abandon the traditional water-source heating method and adopt the more green and energy-saving BANDON heating system. This change is a positive response to the government's call for protecting natural resources, aiming to reduce resource consumption and environmental damage, while improving the quality of life of residents.


This decision of the community has been widely supported by residents. They not only agree with the environmental value of this green heating method, but are also willing to actively participate in this renovation project and jointly promote the community towards green, low-carbon and sustainable development. 3. Equipment Selection


In order to meet the diverse heating needs of residents in the First City community, BANDON has carefully developed a set of efficient and energy-saving heating solutions, installing 71 pcs of 80-horsepower ultra-low temperature high-power commercial inverter heat pump units, equipped with floor heating terminal systems, which can cover the heating area of 320,000 square meters in the community.


The implementation of this system will not only greatly improve heating efficiency and reduce energy consumption, but also provide residents with a greener, more efficient and comfortable living environment.




4. Equipment Installation


In the centralized heating renovation project of the First City Community, BANDON Company comprehensively considered the geographical location, terrain characteristics, equipment selection and system design of the community, carefully planned the construction plan, and decided to build a 4-meter-high elevated platform on the open space next to the community for unit installation. This design is not only convenient for construction, but also can optimize the unit arrangement and operation strategy, ensuring that the unit can effectively ventilate and heat during operation, avoiding the cold island effect, thereby ensuring the safe, stable and efficient operation of the heating system.


In view of the different heights of the community floors and the differences in indoor load requirements, the BANDON design team adopted a partitioned modular layout to divide the heat pump unit system into three independently operated areas: high, medium and low. This design ensures that each unit does not interfere with each other during operation, effectively ensuring the stability and continuity of heating. Through this intelligent partition layout, not only the overall heating effect is improved, but also it ensures that residents on each floor can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant living environment.




5. Operation


With its excellent stability and reliability, the BANDON heat pump unit can still ensure that the heating needs of community residents are met in severe cold weather. The unit can not only maintain the stability of the heating effect, but also effectively improve the comfort of the indoor environment. Through the built-in intelligent control system, the unit can monitor and analyze various key operating parameters in real time, identify and deal with any potential problems in a timely manner, thereby ensuring the stability and safety of the system.
