BANDON Empowers 12,000 ㎡ of Hotel to Fully Upgrade the Comfort Experience

In the context of pursuing both quality and sustainable development, the hotel industry is ushering in a wave of green revolution. Hotels are actively exploring green and sustainable operation models, using the power of technology to protect the blue sky and white clouds, and creating a comfortable and environmentally friendly accommodation experience for guests.

Among them, BANDON has created a series of boutique cases in the hotel industry, becoming an important choice for many hotels to transform and upgrade and improve service quality. BANDON's high-efficiency and energy-saving characteristics have also won the favor of guests, bringing good reputation and economic benefits to the hotel, and leading the hotel industry to a more diversified, personalized and intelligent direction.

1. Project Overview

The project is located in Yanji City, Jilin Province, which belongs to the mid-temperate semi-humid climate, with distinct four seasons and long and cold winters. The average temperature in winter is -10℃~-20℃, and the extreme weather reaches -30℃.

The hotel is located in the natural city in the core area of Yanji City. It is a newly renovated 9-story apartment hotel. The hotel has more than 100 exquisite guest rooms and a total heating area of 12,000 square meters. BANDON has customized cooling and heating solutions for the hotel to ensure that every guest can enjoy delicate temperature control services.

2. Technological Innovation

In order to create a quiet and comfortable accommodation environment, the hotel took the lead in introducing air-energy heat pump technology to innovate traditional cooling and heating methods. BANDON heat pump stands out among many brands with its deep-sea-level silent black technology. The operating noise of the equipment can be as low as 64 decibels, which is much lower than the general living noise level, making it an ideal choice for the new hotel.

3. Equipment selection

BANDON has developed an efficient and energy-saving solution for the hotel, using 10 pcs of 60HP ultra-low temperature high-power commercial inverter heat pump units to cover an area of 12,000 square meters. This not only meets the hotel's heating and cooling needs, but also significantly reduces energy consumption and operating costs, helping the hotel create a green, efficient and comfortable new living experience in all aspects.

4. Challenges and Responses

The project posed a huge challenge in terms of equipment installation - lack of suitable external installation space. After careful consideration and detailed investigation, BANDON finally selected the 17th floor rooftop of the hotel as the installation site. At the same time, the BANDON team used high-efficiency special shock absorbers to effectively isolate the vibration and noise generated by the equipment during operation, ensuring that even if it is installed on the top of a high-rise building, the impact on the environment can be minimized.

5. Operation

The project was completed in 2023 and has successfully passed a full heating season. The operating parameters of all equipment have shown high stability and reliability. The BANDON 60HP heat pump uses integrated automated operation and intelligent monitoring technology, which not only greatly simplifies the hotel's management process and effectively reduces operating costs, but also creates a quiet, safe and worry-free living space for guests with ultra-low operating noise, comprehensively improving guests' accommodation experience and satisfaction.

6. Looking to the Future

The application of BANDON heat pump technology in the heating project of Yanji Natural City Hotel is a model of the deep integration of green technology and modern service industry. It not only brings environmental benefits of energy saving and emission reduction to the hotel and economic benefits of reducing operating costs, but also promotes the green transformation and sustainable development of the entire industry.
