Enter the Guiyang School Project

In 2020, BANDON shouldered its social responsibilities and provided a strong guarantee for the school's centralized hot water renovation, delivering a perfect central hot water solution to Guiyang Hualin School.


1. Project Overview

Hualin School in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province is a high-end private school with a nine-year consistent system. The school covers a total area of about 130 acres and currently has 77 teaching classes, 240 faculty and staff, and more than 3,200 students. The new campus of Hualin School will be built in 2019. We learned from the school that the school is a group school, and the group has very high requirements for the school facilities and environment.

The two newly built student dormitories completed this year are located in the new campus of Hualin School, with a total area of 5,500 square meters and about 2,000 students living on campus. The enrollment will be expanded every year.




2. Project Background

The school's central hot water solution must first meet the basic needs of the school dormitories, which require large water consumption, frequent water use, and high water quality requirements. At the same time, Guiyang City implements a stepped charging standard for electricity prices, with the highest gradient reaching 0.11 USD/kWh, so the unit also needs to meet Safe and energy-saving usage requirements.

After a multi-dimensional comparison by the customer, they learned about the advantages of air source heat pumps in terms of safety and energy saving. They believed that BANDON has been deeply involved in the field of air source heat pumps for many years, and the technology is guaranteed. Big brands are more assured, and they finally chose BANDON full DC inverter air source heat pumps heating.

3. Regional Analysis

Guiyang is located in a subtropical monsoon climate with humidity all year round. The annual average temperature is 15.3°C, the annual extreme maximum temperature is 35.1°C, and the annual extreme minimum temperature is -7.3°C. It is hot in summer and cold in winter. According to the local climate characteristics and fully combined with the students' work and rest habits on campus, the project finally installed 12 pcs of 12HP low-temperature inverter heat pumps, supplying 120 tons of hot water per day.





4. Project Installation

Considering the large amount of hot water used in the hot water supply system of the dormitory building, the project adopts an integrated water storage hot water system for heating. The hot water supply system of the dormitory building is installed on the roof of the dormitory building, and a complete pipeline system is laid in each shower room. In terms of thermal insulation, BANDON installed an integrated thermal insulation pipe for efficient thermal insulation.

At the same time, during the installation, considering that high floors in dormitories are prone to insufficient water pressure and small water output, a pipeline booster pump was installed to solve this problem.





5. Party A’s Evaluation

It has been one month since the installation and commissioning of the unit was completed in early August 2020. Hualin School has also entered the school season, and the dormitory building is about to be put into use. We have also followed up on customer reviews as soon as possible:
