Heilongjiang Wuchang Rice Industry’s Energy Saving Upgrades
As the saying goes, good food comes from good land. It is well known that the grain fields in Heilongjiang are all black soil in cold areas, which is one of the most fertile soils in China. Wuchang rice is one of the most representative high-quality products and has become a household name in Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province.With the continuous popularization of Heilongjiang's "coal-to-electricity" policy in recent years, more and more traditional rice industries have begun to introduce efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly heating methods, bringing new changes to rice industry production. BANDON air source heat pumps are increasingly favored by enterprises in the northern region. A rice industry in Wuchang City also chose BANDON energy-saving equipment for independent heating.
Project Overview
This rice industry company is located in Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province. It has three floors and a heating area of 1,200 square meters. The heating needs to keep the indoor temperature around 20°C, and the heating end is a radiator.
Heilongjiang Province is located in the northeastern region of China. It has a cold temperate monsoon climate, with an average annual temperature of 3-4°C and an average annual precipitation of 500-800 mm. Low temperatures prevail throughout the province in winter, with the average temperature in most areas ranging from -20°C to -30°C. And there are strong northwest winds blowing all year round, making the body temperature even lower.
Transformation Background
This project was built in 2019. The person in charge of the rice industry actively responded to the national policy of developing green and clean energy and actively implemented the "coal-to-electricity" policy. He also learned that most local companies use BANDON equipment and are very concerned about the quality of BANDON. Expressing trust, the customer is very interested in BANDON ultra-quiet side-exhaust heat pump units. He feels that the effect is superior to traditional top-exit high-power heat pumps in terms of appearance, aesthetics, and silence. product, so I finally chose two thin side-exhaust units for heating.
Equipment Selection
Based on customer needs and on-site measurements and inspections, suitable solutions are designed for users. 1 pcs of 30HP and 1 pcs of 38HP of ultra-quiet full DC inverter heating and cooling heat pump were selected for this project to meet the heating needs.
Device Installation
During the installation process, considering that the overall appearance will not be affected, the unit is designed to be installed on the open space outside the office building to ensure that the unit operates stably without affecting the normal work of the staff. Anti-vibration and anti-noise measures are taken during installation to create a higher quality office environment.
It is worth mentioning that the latest silent technology air source heat pump unit from BANDON is used this time, with the lowest operating noise as low as 42dB. After the unit is installed and debugged, the terminal radiators are seamlessly connected to ensure constant indoor temperature and save costs.
Operation Status
After being heated by BANDON air source heat pump, the temperature reaches the requirement. The heating temperature in winter can be controlled between 20-22 degrees. The equipment runs well, has intelligent control and is easy to operate. In winter, you can feel the comfortable temperature brought by BANDON heat pumps.
