Inverter 160HP with High Power
BANDON high-power ultra-quiet 160HP full DC
inverter heat pump breaks through the maximum power limit of inverter
technology, provides a better solution for large-scale building heating, and
effectively saves space and construction and installation cycles. Adopting new
full DC inverter technology, it saves 10% more energy and 25% more floor space
than the previous generation. With its high efficiency, energy saving,

Zhangjiakou is located in northern Hebei,
with the lowest temperature ever reaching -23°C, which places high requirements
on the low-temperature resistance of heating equipment.
The community where the project is located
used to use coal-fired boilers for heating. It will implement clean energy
transformation in 2021. The heating area of the
community is 30,000 square meters. BANDON 6 pcs of 160HP ultra-high-power
commercial inverter units are installed. The heating terminal is radiant
radiators; from November 1, 2021 to March 15, 2022, the first heating season
when the unit is put into operation, the indoor temperature of the community is
maintained at 20°C,
meeting the demand for stable heating for 24 hours.
Low Temperature and Strong Heat
BANDON commercial inverter 80HP adopts DC inverter
V+Turbo innovative technology in response to the characteristics of
low-temperature environments in the northern region. Its performance exceeds
the national first-class energy efficiency standard, with extremely high
partial load efficiency. The operating cost is 20% lower than that of ON/OFF heat
pump; the unit can handle large temperature differences. It operates at 15°C,
automatically reduces frequency and output in warm weather, and operates at low
water flow, saving 30% of water pump power consumption.

The First City Community is located in the
core area of Wangdu County, Baoding City, with a
total construction area of 320,000 square
meters. It is currently the largest single full DC inverter high-power
commercial unit project in China.
In the past, the community used water and
ground source heating. In order to respond to the government's call to protect
natural resources, BANDON was selected for energy-saving renovation. It was
equipped with 71 pcs of 80 HP ultra-low temperature high-power commercial inverter
heat pump units, with floor heating at the end, to meet the needs of community
residents 20-22 ℃ temperature requirements, comprehensively assist the
community to create a green, efficient and comfortable living environment,
making life better.
Leading the Creation of Ultra-quiet and Extraordinary
"Sound"
BANDON's ultra-quiet 60HP full DC inverter
unit has been fully upgraded on the basis of its 38HP, with a new breakthrough
in side air discharge capacity, greater power, and classic silent design, which
can achieve stable operation in ultra-low temperature environments of -35°C.
Comprehensive upgrades have been achieved on core components: C-shaped 3-inlet
fins improve air flow rate, compressor silent chamber reduces noise, and
H-shaped high-strength structure enhances stability. Technically, multi-module
collaboration with full inverter, the latest Hitachi large-capacity inverter
scroll technology and industrial-grade large-capacity inverters and control
valves ensure that energy efficiency and stability lead the industry.
Industrial Energy Saving Solutions
The industrial energy-saving solution
demonstrates BANDON's innovative capabilities in industrial energy-saving and
hot water heating technology, providing 75°C/90°C/98°C high-temperature hot
water solutions for industrial production.
