BANDON recently announced the official completion of its modern headquarters base located in Shunde District, Foshan. In 2024, BANDON will implement dual-base operation of Shunde Lunjiao factory and Shunde Chencun headquarters, which not only consolidates the foundation of BANDOn's market development strategic layout in the next 5-10 years, but also marks that it will form a dual base of intelligent talents and intelligent manufacturing. We firmly establish the foundation of independent research and development and efficient manufacturing, and are committed to providing customers with more professional and considerate products and service experiences.

BANDON's new headquarters base is located in the intelligent manufacturing demonstration park (Rhein Technology Park) led by Shunde District's state-owned assets. The park covers an area of 69 acres, with a total construction area of 180,000 square meters. It is the first new industrial project in Shunde District at a cost of 120 million USD dollars.

As a "Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Characteristic Industrial Base" and "Sino-German International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Industrial Base", the Rhein Technology Park will be built into a high-end industrial cluster base integrating manufacturing, R&D and design, business incubation, international exchange, scientific research and innovation, achievement transformation and service functions.

The product line will also be enriched, including but not limited to residential and commercial heating/cooling heat pumps, swimming pool heat pumps, hot water heat pumps, heat pump dehumidifiers, industrial high-temperature heat pumps, water source heat pumps, and refrigeration units.

In addition, after the new factory is put into use, BANDON plans to build a 160HP ultra-low temperature environment laboratory, noise laboratory, transportation turbulence laboratory, long-term operation life laboratory, electronic control development, and electronic control testing laboratory, which will greatly improve its product testing, research and development capabilities and product performance levels.

BANDON will also be characterized by digitalization, intelligence, and greenness, organically integrate corporate culture, brand image, product display, and technical exchanges, and use multimedia equipment, interactive experience equipment, and data visualization technology to create a digital exhibition hall with a sense of technology and the future.

3. Integrating Industry, Academia and Research to Build an Intelligent Manufacturing Training Base

BANDON is affiliated to the HVAC Industry Chain Group and is an important member of the group's heat pump new energy industry. Currently, the group serves about 600 HVAC manufacturing companies and about 1,000 engineering companies.

BANDON has six years of rich experience in operating commercial inverter heating stations. Since 2016, it has successfully provided approximately 700 BOT heating stations and nearly 10 million square meters of heating heat sources for cold regions.
