The 2020 China Heat Pump Industry Annual Conference and the 9th International Air Source Heat Pump Industry Development Forum were grandly held at the Crowne Plaza Hefei from July 15 to 16! In this special year where opportunities and challenges coexist, how should the Chinese heat pump industry "turn crisis into opportunity and move forward steadily"? This requires the advice and active efforts of every colleague in the industry, and requires all sectors of the industry to work together and move forward together."




The conference also held the selection and commendation of the "Energy Saving Cup" Fifth Air Source Heat Pump Design Competition. BANDON was successfully selected for the "Best Application Award for Air Source Heat Pump Central Heating" with its "High-Power Commercial Inverter Central Heating for Yutian County Middle School in Hebei Province" project!

The project covers a total area of 8,000 square meters and uses 6 pcs of BANDON 38P commercial inverter equipment. First: Design and Selection Perspective

Everyone knows that when designing and selecting air source heat pump products, climate issues need to be considered. Since the lower the temperature in winter, the lower the heating effect of the heat pump product, the local minimum temperature needs to be considered as a reference parameter when designing the ratio. Generally, there are not many days with the lowest temperature, so many projects are often too large during the design and selection process, and the operating load of the equipment is not high most of the time! The emergence of commercial high-power inverter products can solve this problem well when designing centralized heating projects. Combined with the frequency modulation power of the equipment and the heating load required by the minimum temperature, it is OK to make an appropriate ratio!

Second: Energy Saving of the System

In the design of the water system, many ON/OFF heating projects are equipped with heat storage tanks to reduce the frequent start-up of the machine, but the heat storage tank in the system is actually an energy loss point, because no matter how good the insulation is, it will dissipate heat. Commercial high-power inverter equipment does not need a hot water storage tank in system design, because the machine itself will automatically adjust the frequency according to the system to meet the heat required for heating. During the operation of the air source heat pump, frosting is also a problem that needs to be solved. If frosting and defrosting are not solved well, the energy consumption of the equipment will be very high. Commercial high-power inverter equipment, due to its relatively stable operation and small compressor pressure difference ratio, is often in low-pressure operation, and the number of frosting times is significantly lower than that of ON/OFF products!
